The Business Valuation Report
The report is the deliverable. ExitSight prints a complete typeset appraisal in the structure reviewers expect: an opinion letter with the concluded value on page one, the reconstruction of the financial statements, each method with its own supporting tables, the price justification test, and the statement of limiting conditions with a certification page.
Every figure in the narrative is bound to a worksheet cell. Change one add-back and the letter, the tables, and the charts all move together — there is no round of manual retyping between the analysis and the document.

Data import
The reason most valuations take an evening is retyping. ExitSight reads an Excel workbook or CSV of your statements — the export every accounting package produces — and maps the accounts onto Company Financials, where owner compensation, related-party rent, one-time expenses, and the other add-backs sit on labeled lines with their basis documented. Up to five fiscal years are kept, and you choose whether the valuation runs on the most recent year, a weighted average, or a simple average.
The quickest route is the template: one sheet, one column per year, the balance sheet at the bottom. Fill it in and upload it — every row maps automatically.Download the Excel template
